Shangdong and Henan where peppers main production area in China,price of pepper shows a steady upward trend, especially chili pepper,the range of price has shot up 50%.

According to survey,the main reason of pepper price has skyrocketed is decrease in output in 2018.

During the early stages of growth,high temperature leads to lower fruit set percentage.Statistically,output of pepper has decreased by 30%-40% than last year.
