Step 1. Material acceptance of dried garlic
The raw materials should have uniform appearance, which is in accord with the production requirement of variety and size. To be more specific, its diameter should between 3 and 4.5 centimeters. In addition, there is no no fungus, disease, and impurity.
Step 2. Removing stalks
In this step, workers need to remove garlic stalks and makes sure that there is no residue on the garlic cloves.
Step 3. Decortication
Workers remove the peel with the help of machinery. Usually, the debarking clean rate is more than 75%.
Step 4. Flotation
Garlic will be rinsed and floated, thus The garlic skin and other impurities will be removed in this procedure. And then clean garlic will be sent into the next procedure.
Step 5. Handpicking
Workers will pick up some unqualified garlic gloves with their own hands. Those garlic gloves include black, brown or rotting garlic cloves, or some garlic still with stalks.
Step 6. Slicing up
According to the production requirements, workers cut garlic clove into uniform thickness.
Step 7. Draining
Under the influence of centrifugal force, garlic pieces will be drained until its surface is also dry.
Step 8. Material distribution and conveying
Distribute the material evenly on the tray. And its thickness is about four or five centimeters.
Step 9. Dehydration
Put the tray into the tunnel, and then dehydrate the garlic for 4-5 hours at the temperature of 60-65 degree centigrade.
Step 9. Equilibrium moisture
After the dried garlic pieces are cooled, placed them in a sealed bag and keep it for one or two days. So that the moisture in the dried product to be transferred to each other to achieve a balanced condition.
Step 10. Selection
This is another selecting step. Workers will select dehydrated garlic again and remove those substandard products.
Step 11. Metal detection
In this step, the main purpose is to detect metal in the garlic and then remove them out.
Step 12. Packaging
For this step, we usually use our packaging materials, which meet the national food hygiene requirements.
